Fort Schyler Management Corporation (FSMC) is seeking a qualified, experienced,
responsive, and responsible vendor to provide with a minimum five years of
experience to:

Build out a 3200 square foot area to be used as a Central Café kitchen area at the Tesla Facility located at 1339 South Park Avenue Buffalo, NY 14220 based on the scope of work found in Attachment A.1 and the design drawings found in attachment A.3. This includes procuring a list of kitchen equipment found in Attachment A.2. The space is centrally located in the building and will accommodate all Tesla employees during meal and break times.
