Description:

OPRHP’s Park Police is seeking to procure four (4) Personal Watercraft (PWC) and two (2) Double Place Trailers to replace vessels in our fleet that are aging out. NYS Park Police work alongside, and provides assistance, to our partners in Law Enforcement who patrol the various waterways in New York State

For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be documented as, if asked, you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE vendors.
