SUNY Upstate Medical University (“Upstate”) is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the provision of a Turn-Key Deep Learning Server - 4U Rackmount 10x GPU Capable System. This Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) represents an opportunity for contractors to participate in the provision of these services.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance §139 –j & –k, also referred to as the Lobbying Law.
