Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Prevailing Time, on Thursday, December 8, 2022, Project Manuals, and accompanying USB flash drive may be obtained in person at the Service Center Front Desk, by writing the Service Center Front Desk at the above address, or calling 716-684-1510 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Contract Documents will be mailed to prospective bidders wishing to obtain a set upon receipt of prospective bidder’s charge number for UPS or FedEx. The mailing date will be considered the bidder’s date of receipt. Partial sets of documents will not be available.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid.
