The Buffalo Urban Development Corporation (BUDC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive property management and leasing services for a collection of industrial properties it owns along the Northland-Beltline Corridor in the City of Buffalo, New York. These properties, described in more detail below, include eight (8) separate buildings totaling over 550,000 square feet in space and are in varying physical condition. Therefore, the property manager will be asked to provide services that gradually increase in scope and comprehensiveness over time as additional properties are renovated and prepared for occupancy.
