The City College of New York (“CCNY” and/or the College”) of The City University of New York (“CUNY” and/or “University”) seeks sealed bids pursuant to an Invitation for Bids (IFB) from qualified contractors to provide on a lump sum, turnkey basis, all labor, materials, and equipment to repair one (1) walk-in freezer and three (3) walk-in refrigerators in the primary cafeteria of the College.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 11:00 AM EST. Advance RSVP for the Pre-Bid Conference is required for security purposes. Please email the Primary Designated Contact below to inform them of the names of the attendees from your organization. Vendors who do not RSVP in advance will not be permitted to participate.

Bidders must have been in the HVAC service equipment business for a minimum of three (3) years as of the Bid Submission Due Date.

Prospective Bidders may download a copy of the IFB from the New York State Contract Reporter or request it by mail or email from the Designated Contact listed below. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).
