OGS is seeking a vendor to provide engravings on the NYS Police, NYS Fallen Firefighter, and NYS Emergency Medical Services Memorials at the Empire State Plaza on an ongoing basis for the term of the contract.

The following minimum requirements must be met by each Bidder:

1. Bidder must have been established in the business of engraving granite memorials for a minimum of three years.

Bidders intending to submit a bid will be required to attend a mandatory site visit, which will include a tour of the location on 5/22/23 at 10:00 am.

Bidders are strongly encouraged to pre-register with Sean Jones at Sean.Jones@ogs.ny.gov at least 24 hours in advance of the site visit date and time. Failure to attend the mandatory site visit will result in rejection of the bid
