Binghamton University is looking to procure two (2) plant growth chambers. The desired product is a climate-controlled plant growth chamber capable of parameterizing different environmental conditions including levels of light (up to 800μmol m-2s-1), air temperature (7-44°C), and air relative humidity within a 10% precision (between 30-100%). Environmental conditions must be programable for gradients throughout a 24-hour period to simulate diurnal field conditions and have the capacity to mirror meteorological stations in real time. Chamber volume must be able to accommodate plant heights of at least 55 cm, with a total shelf area of greater than 1 m2 to fit experimental pots of sufficient size and replication needs. There are no additional bid documents, requirements are as specified as above.
