The Faculty Student Association on behalf of the University of Buffalo is conducting an RFP for Campus Store Management and Operations.

The winning bidder/contractor will, fund, construct, and operate on-premises and online campus store operations for the sale of academic materials (books, laboratory equipment, etc.), university-branded merchandise, and other consumer goods.

It is the expectation of the winning bidder/contractor assume operations on August 1 ^st , 2024, and work with FSA/the University for course materials for Fall of 2024.

Any contractual agreement reached with the University will be administered by the Faculty Student Association, a New York not-for-profit corporation with a place of business at the University at Buffalo’s Amherst, New York campus.

Deadline for Submission of Written Questions: Friday, December 29, 2023 4:00 PM (EST)

RESPONSE: Proposals, will be received electronically at Faculty Student Association of New York at Buffalo, Inc., 126 Richmond Quad and duly recorded.
