SUNY – Downstate Health Sciences University (DHSU), hereinafter referred to as “State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center”, “SUNY DMC” hereby issues an Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) to solicit proposals from qualified/certified vendors (alternatively “Bidder”, “Offeror” and “Bidder”) for the provision of GeneXpert Xpress SARS-COV-2 Test Kits for SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (“SUNY-DMC”) at University Hospital of Brooklyn (“UHB”).

Sealed proposals for the IFB are due Tuesday, March 12, 2024 @ 10:00 AM. Submit bids to the office of Mr. Frantz Poyau, Purchase Associate, Contracts and Procurement, SUNY Downstate Medical Center, 450 Clarkson Avenue, Box 113, Brooklyn, New York 11203. The proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud at 811 New York Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11203, Conference Room # 2-11.

We invite vendors to submit proposals in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the provision of the reagent products specified above. The IFB sets forth the requirements and solicits a detailed response from vendors to include pricing in a specified format.

The IFB further outlines the terms and conditions, and all applicable information for submitting a bid. Bidders are advised to pay strict attention to the bid submission date, time and other requirements set forth therein to prevent disqualification from consideration.
