This open-market Request For Quote (RFQ) is issued by the State University of New York Empire State University.

The u niversity needs a low-code cloud-based data management platform. It needs to allow for collaboration, project, and/or work management. The tool needs to allow for external user submissions (e.g., forms) and automated workflows.

A response does not bind or obligate the responder or State University of New York Empire State University to any agreement for the provision of services referenced. No contracts will be awarded based on RFP submissions.

Responding or not responding to this RFP does not preclude a vendor from bidding on any future solicitations.

It is anticipated , but not guaranteed, that the University will use the information received from this RFP to develop a future procurement for these services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the State University of New York , Empire State University .
