The State University of New York at SUNY Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number 091080.01 titled Hunt Union Starbucks Interior Fit-Up until 2:00 p.m. local time on July 12, 2023, at Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. All proposals are to be mailed to SUNY Oneonta, Office of Facilities, Deb Bruce, 108 Ravine Parkway, Oneonta, New York 13820, or hand delivered to the Office of Facilities, 322 West Street, Oneonta, NY 13820.

All work on this Contract is to be completed January 3, 2024.

In order for your bid to be accepted, you must have purchased the bid documents from the above location. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $80.00 for printed copies or $49.00 for electronic copies, made payable to Dataflow is required.

Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
