The Base Bid project includes milling the existing asphalt pavement and constructing a concrete pad approximately 460 SY. It also includes installation of storm drain, holding tank, pump and associated electrical work associated with the deicing fluid collection system. The Bid includes two deductions. One deduct consists of selected work items to be deducted from the base bid. Bid deduct work is electric components, pump, instruments, and force main. A second bid deduct installs a 2,500 gallon holding tank in lieu of a 5,000 gallon holding tank.

Bidders shall be bonded and insured to the amounts shown. The contract also has an M/WBE goal and prevailing wage rates apply.
