The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Nathan Kline Institute for Psychiatric Research, located at 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962, are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Electrostatic Painting of Laboratory Casework at the Nathan Kline Institute, Rooms L101 - L106, L202, L204, and L222 in Building 39.

The Schedule of labs to be painted can be found in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). This project will take an estimated 9 weeks.

A Mandatory site visit will be held on October 24, 2023, at 10:00 AM EST. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than October 23, 2023, at 3:00 PM ET.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by October 31, 2023, by 3:00 PM ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on November 8, 2023, by 3:00 PM ET

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET on November 16, 2023.
