The work of this project will include: Construction of a trailhead area along the Chuctanunda Creek, behind the Amsterdam Library. Perform survey and stakeout, perform earthwork and site grading, and install asphalt and concrete pavements, gravel surface, granite curbing, crosswalk striping, modular block wall, site furnishings and lighting, handrails, landscape plantings, and lawn.

Bid documents may be obtained virtually from the City of Amsterdam City Clerk, at slenkowicz@amsterdamny.gov . Bidders are encouraged to provide email contact information for the receipt of addenda. No deposit is required with this bid.

Pre-Bid meeting will be on January 5, 2023 at 10am On site (behind Library)

Questions may be submitted until January 10, 2023 by 2pm to egardner@saratogaassociates.com

The Owner, City of Amsterdam, shall receive sealed bids at City Hall, 61 Church Street Amsterdam, NY 12010, until 11:00 AM local time on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Any bid received after that time and date specified above will not be considered. Bids will be opened and read aloud publicly at City Hall.

Bids shall be submitted using the bid form provided, in duplicate, and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the project title and bidder’s name. The sealed envelope shall be addressed to:
