New York State Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation (OPRHP) seeks to chemically treat ash species (Fraxinus spp.) using trunk injection of emamectin benzoate at the medium dosage rate for protection against emerald ash borer (Agrilus planipennis) in state parks throughout 3 regions across the state.

Eligible bidder must be a New York State DEC certified pesticide applicator ;

ISA Certified Arborist;

All product label restrictions must be followed.

For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be documented as you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE vendors if so requested.
