LEGAL NOTICE
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: The Town of Friendship is seeking to complete a comprehensive engineering evaluation of its municipal drinking water system. The report must be of suitable detail and completeness to approach regulatory and funding agencies. The Town is hereby requesting Licensed Professional Engineers to submit Qualifications-based Proposals (RFQs) detailing the firms’ qualifications, technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, references, and related prior experience.
