Empire State University (SUNY) seeks a 24/7 online tutoring service vendor experienced in providing high quality academic tutoring services to non-traditional/adult undergraduate and graduate students studying at a distance. The vendor must be able to provide flexible tutoring service delivery options, a powerful web-based system, evidence of impact on student retention from clients, and compliance with required regulations such as FERPA and Accessibility, as defined in the specifications listed in the RFP (ESU-23-26).

The results of this RFP will be used to award a three-year contract with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods, to a vendor determined to be most qualified to meet SUNY Empire’s needs as described in this RFP.
