The Sleepy Hollow Local Development Corporation (“LDC”) seeks a qualified firm or team to
complete design, engineering, and construction of a new recreational facility (“PARK”) that will
provide separate and distinct areas for a skate park, racquet sport courts, and community
promenade (the “PROJECT”) in the southwest quadrant of the east parcel. Site analysis and
design will include a placeholder for a new multipurpose field (“FIELD”) along the western
boundary of the PROJECT area.
