The SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry requests your consideration for Construction-Related Backdrop Term Consultant Agreements for 2023-2026. Attached for your completion in this matter is the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with instructions.

The Backdrop Term Consultant Agreements shall be for a three-year (3) term. The maximum cumulative value of consulting services for each Agreement will be $3,500,000 and the single project consultant fee limit under each Agreement will be $500,000. There will be three (3) - six (6) consultants awarded Agreements under this RFQ.

No value of work is implied or guaranteed to any consultant awarded this contract, but a sample listing of anticipated projects under this Agreement has been attached to this cover letter for your use in responding to the RFQ.

Responses to the RFQ must be received by Katherine Hobbs on or before 3 p.m. EST on February 28, 2023.
