NYSIF is seeking a service provider for electronic access to loss claims history information concerning insurance claims and the property subject to the claims. The database must provide access to all services concerning the insurance claim including casualty claim information, public record information, police information, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance verifier services.

NYSIF must comply with all OFAC regulations. Therefore, the database must follow those regulations and must be used by law enforcement, banks, broker-dealers, insurance companies, and other financial services companies for purposes of compliance with U.S Treasury Department regulations on anti-money laundering, OFAC, and fraud detection and prevention. In addition, the database must provide automatic OFAC alert and identification services, a customer identification program and software applied to a national data bank.

There are no additional documents available at this time. All available information can be found within the Contract Reporter Advertisement. Interested firms must submit supporting documentation that they have an existing database that possesses all the requirements described above.
