Corcraft, a Division of the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, is seeking to purchase one (1) unit of:

1. 2000 Gallon Cone Bottom Tank with Internal Baffles
2. HDLPE, 90“ diameter x102” H, 18“ man-way, 1.9 S.G. Model #5070000N-45, Includes Steel frame
3. Includes Steel frame, 30 degree cone x 90” diameter. Total height with tank installed is 125“H *Tank fitted with four internal baffles welded vertically on the inside diameter of the tank. Baffles are 4x4x48” HDPE formed angle
4. Fusion Mixer Asm. 3HP, 3 phase, 230/460V, 1750 RPM, with gear reduction box output 350 RPM, 19” hydrofoil impeller
5. Mixer Mounting Stand, max OAH is 7’2”, Stationary, center post, painted carbon steel frame, bolt to floor flange, Plate configuration for cup mounted Mixer unit. 200# weight limit.
6. FRP Platform measuring approximately 3' x 4' x 5'-4" in height will be provided. The platform will be provided with 1-1/2" deep 1-1/2" square mesh molded grating. The grating will be supported by FRP structure. FRP 2-rail horizontal guardrail is provided on three sides of the platform. The platform will be provided with a 3' wide FRP stairway. The stairway will have a approximate rise of 5'-4" and run of 7'-3". The stairway will be provided with 1-1/2" deep molded treads. FRP 2-rail incline guardrail with attached handrail is provided on the sides of the stairway.

This request for quotes is pursuant to the Agency's discretionary authority under NYS Finance Law Article 11, section 136(6). Corcraft intends on making on a one-time purchase with one supplier.
