Description:

Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Avaya CS1K (to include Avaya Nortel AACC) Equipment Maintenance and Managed Support Services. This includes 24/7/365 professional services by technicians to provide assistance with day to-day work needed for items such as adds, moves, changes on the phone system. Also, assistance with configuration issues and troubleshooting.
