Description:

SUNY Brockport seeks bidders to provide all labor and materials to print and install banners produced using heavy-duty 18oz. scrim vinyl banner material or equivalent on the SUNY Brockport Campus.. This will be a sealed bid.

  • SERC front: 57 x 25 ft
  • Academic Success Center: 38 x 6 f
  • Tower: 30 x 30 ft
  • Harmon Corner (2 banners): 9 x 18 ft
  • Dobson Corner (2 banners): 9 x 18 ft
  • SERC spine (2 banners): 70 x 20 ft
  • Gordon (3 banners): 5 x 15 ft
  • Mclean: 22 x 15 ft

A mandatory walk-thru is scheduled to view the work locations and conditions on Wednesday May 24, 2023 at 2:00PM beginning in the Allen Administrative Building lobby on the SUNY Brockport Campus. Only those vendors who are in attendance will be eligible to bid.
