The New York State (NYS) Office of General Services (OGS) on behalf of the Office of Convention and Cultural Events (CCE) intends to contract with a qualified vendor to provide portable restrooms, hand washing stations, and pumping services for trailers throughout the Summer at the Plaza event series held at the Empire State Plaza, Albany, NY.

The CCE is responsible for the support and management of events held at the Empire State Plaza. This includes, but is not limited to, the outdoor Plaza and Empire State Plaza Convention Center. The CCE markets the events and amenities of the Empire State Plaza and assists the local economy by attracting visitors to the region. The CCE is also responsible for production of the “Summer at the Plaza” events, which is a summer program of free, public events held at the outdoor Plaza. A few examples of the summer events held at the Empire State Plaza include the Summer at the Plaza Concert Series, 4 ^th of July Celebration, Black Arts and Cultural Festival, NYS Food Festival and Hops and Harvest Festival.

The award shall be made to the responsive and responsible Proposer who represents the best value to the State based on experience, qualifications, and cost. Proposer must have a minimum of three years' experience renting and servicing portable restrooms and hand washing stations and providing pumping services. Proposer's equipment and staff must be located within one hour of the Empire State Plaza.
