Description: The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is committed to investing in permanent housing for individuals with a serious mental illness. Based on the need for additional safe and affordable permanent housing opportunities to support this mission, OMH is announcing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development and operation of up to 750 Supportive Housing Single Room Occupancy (SP-SRO) units throughout the state.
