SUNY Schenectady (College) is accepting bids from contractors to provide materials and service to design, manufacture and install two (2) dual-sided electronic digital signs with cabinet housing to contain two-sided Watchfire 6mm pixel high-resolution screens, with up to 60 frames/second; Forty (40) 12” x 12” LED tiles totaling a 4’ H x 10’ W screen size. Bids shall cover all labor and materials to perform services in conformity with this Request for Bids (RFB).

Site Visits are to be scheduled with the Director of Facilities for the weeks of February 5 through February 14, 2024 between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm . Contact Mr. Anthony Schwartz at 518-381-1256 to arrange a time to inspect the site.

Questions from Interested Bidders will be accepted through 2/16/2024 and answers will be provided in the form of a posted addendum NLT 2/20/2024.

Proposals must be received by the specified date/time detailed in the Timetable of Key Events. Bidders are cautioned to allow ample time for delivery of bids in order to avoid rejection due to a missed deadline caused by possible courier delays.
