The Nassau County Industrial Development Agency (the “Agency”) seeks qualified economic development consulting firms and/or persons to (i) evaluate applications for financial assistance for affordable housing, mixed-use and transit-oriented projects, and (ii) perform related professional services as required. Such services shall be provided at the direction of the Agency as more particularly described herein.
