Description: The New York State (NYS) Office of General Services (OGS) Convention and Cultural Events (CCE) intends to contract with qualified vendor(s) to supply the Rental of Outdoor Main Stage Concert Backline Equipment, Concert Sound System and Concert Lighting System, for the Summer at the Plaza Events held at the Empire State Plaza (ESP), Albany, NY Bidders intending to submit a bid will be required to attend a mandatory site visit, which will include a tour of the location on March 26, 2024 at 10:00am Bidders are strongly encouraged to pre-register with Kelly Jones at Kelly.Jones@ogs.ny.gov at least 24 hours in advance of the site visit date and time. Failure to attend the mandatory site visit will result in rejection of the bid.
