The Long Island State Veterans Home intends to make an award for the above noted service. The work to be performed will be in accordance with 33/04-4024 RFP specifications and contract document for a mock survey that would consist of but not limited to analyzing site conditions, procedures and guidelines on an annual basis to prepare for regulatory inspections by outside agencies.

This is a sealed bid. The scheduled opening will be held on April 24, 2024 at 2:00 P.M.
