Buffalo Public Schools (District) currently has approximately 60,000 Enhanced Category 5 Ethernet (Cat 5E) drops in its seventy buildings and is seeking proposals for three types of Data Network Cabling services to facilitate growth, adds and major changes to the existing infrastructure. These services are;

• Up to, but not limited to, 1500 New Data Network Drops annually and install wireless access points.

The District is using specific manufacturers’ brand name and part numbers as examples of the specifications being sought. The District will consider enterprise level equivalent equipment from other manufacturers.
