NYSIF is seeking proposals from qualified firms capable of providing Utilization Review Services, as further described in the Request for Proposals (RFP). NYSIF is seeking experienced and qualified Independent Review Organizations (IROs), authorized to do business in New York State (NYS), to provide independent review services, including medical review, and to submit responses to “OnBoard”. NYSIF currently receives between three to four thousand Level 2 requests per month through “OnBoard”. The successful Bidder will enter into a contract with NYSIF for the provision of such requested Level 2 review services.

Proposals from responsible bidders are due 3/25/24 by 2:00 p.m. EST. The calendar of events is detailed in the RFP.
