Fort Schyler Management Corporation (FSMC) is seeking a qualified, experienced,
responsive, and responsible vendor to provide with a minimum five years of documented relevant industrial controls experience for Groundwater Pre-Treatment System (GWPTS), located at 192 Baraga Street, Buffalo NY 14220, to provide:

1. The RiverBend Groundwater Pre-Treatment System (GWPTS) Control Upgrade Design that updates electrical and control equipment that services groundwater extraction and treatment processes.
2. GWPTS Control Upgrades in the following parts:
   1. Part I – Pump Station Control Panels – Three (3) Pump Station Control Panels will be built and installed to control three individual pump stations and communicate with the Main Control Panel (located in the pre-treatment building).
   2. Part II – Main Control Panel – This Main Control Panel will communicate with all three Pump Station Control Panels and control the treatment system processes.
   3. Part III – Testing and Modifications to Panel Control – support to modify control logic, data log changes, and or remote monitoring.
