IFB 23-008 Website Accessibility Remediation
Description:
The New York State Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is seeking to procure
competitive bids from contractors experienced in PDF accessibility and remediation.
Contractor will be required to scan PDF’s for accessibility issues, remediate the
issues, and return the PDF’s to OAG in accessible format, at the level of this project’s
scope of work. It is anticipated that all documents will be completed and accessible
by a date acceptable to the OAG.
Submission of Questions: [Wednesday, 12/27/2023] by [5:00pm, EST] All
questions and clarification request must cite the particular page, section, and
paragraph number, where applicable. Questions and/or clarification request will
only be accepted via email and in writing and should be submitted to the following
email address: purchase@ag.ny.gov with the subject line of “Questions for Website
Accessibility Remediation 23-008 from [insert name of firm or organization]”
*Proposal Submissions must be received by OAG prior to the bid due date and time
AND submitted via e-mail to purchase@ag.ny.gov with the subject line “Proposal for
Website Accessibility Remediation 23-008 from [insert name of firm or
organization]”.
