The Owner is the Town of Evans and the work site is located in the Town of Evans. The projects limits extend from 150 feet south and 150 feet north of the structure at Pike Creek along Derby Road.

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: removal of existing 27 ft long by 18 ft span by 6 ft tall concrete culvert, placement of a new 33 ft. 10 in. wide by 27 ft span by 6 ft. tall precast concrete three-sided frame on cast-in-place concrete spread footings, watermain replacement, heavy-stone fill placement, approach work, and guiderail installation. The proposed work will be performed while traffic is maintained via an offsite detour.

This is a BridgeNY Project and NYSDOT Standard Specifications, officially finalized and adopted on January 1, 2024 as posted on the New York State Department of Transportation’s website must be followed by the successful bidder.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 10 a.m. at the Town of Evans Municipal Building.
