BACKGROUND
The Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) is interested in licensing the following International Business Machines’ (IBM) software listed in the table below and any software updates, patches, fixes, or successor software products thereto. The licenses must be provided as Monthly Licensing Charges (MLCs) that include the right to use the software product and provides access to IBM product support during the support period. The vendor must also be able to provide IBM’s Sub-Capacity Pricing for the licenses at OSC’s request. OSC is seeking to execute a five-year agreement for this software.

The vendor must be able to provide Monthly Licensing Charges (MLCs) that include the right to use the software product and provides access to IBM product support during the support period for the products listed above.

IMPORTANT: Any vendor responding to this advertisement that is not the developer of the software must provide OSC with a signed letter from the software developer that confirms IBM’s intent to sell the required software licenses to OSC through the vendor’s company. Any responses without this documentation will not be considered responsive to this advertisement.
