The work consists of constructing improvements at the Croton Falls Community Greenspace. The work includes asphalt and concrete sidewalks, curbing, asphalt parking, water service line, and appurtenant electrical work. Other related work shall include demolition, preparing, restoring and cleaning the project area all in accordance with the plans and specifications as directed by the Engineer. The project is partially funded by a Westchester County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and is subject to the CDBG requirements.
