Description: The University at Buffalo is soliciting consultant qualifications for the development and production of standards for design and construction for the physical facilities of the University including, but not limited to documentation, material, quality, sustainability, maintenance, grounds, and utility standards. These are to be presented in a variety of formats for use by University and outside professionals, as well as by stakeholders and community members. Responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall include a Letter of Interest, Qualification Statement, Consultant Questionnaire, and any other required information and shall be returned by 03/20/2024 at 2:00 pm, to Marty Spence, Sr. Buyer Design and Construction Procurement Services 224 Crofts Hall Buffalo NY 14260 Anticipated effective start date is 08/24/2024. Anticipated completion date is 12/15/2025.
