The NYS Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES) is looking to procure live instructor led training services from a qualified vendor or authorized reseller for Escal Institute of Advanced Technologies, Inc d/b/a SANS Institute - SANS course, SEC402: Cybersecurity Writing: Hack the Reader for 25 attendees. The students will provide their own laptops.

In-person, live instructor led training should be on-site at 1220 Washington Ave, Harriman Campus, Building 22, Albany NY 12226 tentatively on or about 3/28/24 to 3/29/24.

If you have any questions, they will be accepted until 2/13/24; clarification answers will be posted on or before 2/16/24.

Qualified vendors must submit a current, all inclusive quote, signed Appendix A and Procurement Lobbying document to the designated contacts before the due date, noon 3/1/24.

Note 1: Proof of tax exempt will be provided to the awardee.

Note 2: The State reserves the right to make an award in whole, partial or non-award from this solicitation and to confirm/correct any calculation errors.
