Village of Liberty, Sullivan County NY Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Engineering Services RFQ#2024-1- Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 2 Upgrade – Enhanced Sludge Handling/ATAD Process
The Village of Liberty, Sullivan County, NY is requesting proposals from engineering firms to provide professional services for design through construction for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 2 Upgrade – Enhanced Sludge Handling/ATAD Process. The upgrade will include a new Enhanced Sludge Handling/ Autothermal Thermophilic Aerobic Digestion (ATAD) Process, Septage Receiving, and other minor improvements. The project has qualified for funding through the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund (CWSRF) and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Legislation (BIL). Proposals will be reviewed and selected according to a competitive review process based on technical skills, relevant project experience and knowledge of grant/loan funded projects. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 pm on Friday March 8 th , 2024. The proposal package should be clearly labeled Village of Liberty Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 2 Upgrade – Response to RFQ and mailed to: Judy Zurawski, Village Clerk, 167 North Main Street, Liberty, NY 12754. Please include 8 bound copies of the Proposals. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit responses to the RFQ.
