TITLE: Operation and Maintenance of Twenty (20) Passenger Loading Bridges (PLB) at Newark Liberty International Airport - Five (5) Year Contract

DESCRIPTION: The Port Authority will conduct a Pre-Bid Meeting via Microsoft Teams on November 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. EST to discuss the solicitation document and requirements. Parties interested in attending the Microsoft Teams Pre-Bid Meeting shall email the Buyer, Nancy Ubilla, at nubilla@panynj.gov no later than 12:00 PM of the business day preceding the scheduled Pre-Bid Meeting date. You will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation via email, which you must “Accept.”

The Port Authority will conduct a Facility Inspection on November 15, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.. EST to allow visual inspection of some of the areas covered under this Contract. Parties interested in attending the Facility Inspection shall meet at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), Terminal B, Level 3, Door 1, Relax & Recharge Area which is located by Dunkin Donuts Express. Valid photo identification is required to attend the facility inspection.
