Description of goods to services to be bid:

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) issued a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for price quotes from potential vendors to bulk purchase Energy Kits for the Regional Clean Energy Hubs. These kits will be disseminated by the Regional Hubs at the required energy education workshops per their statement of work. The Vendor selected through this solicitation will package the various do-it-yourself energy measures into an Energy Kit and drop ship the kits to up to twelve (12) Regional Hubs. The Energy Kit will include:

  • Tier 2 Advanced Power Strip with surge protection
  • Two (2) LED A19
  • Door Draft Stopper (flexible 36” with adhesive)
  • Window Shrink & Seal Insulation Kit (3 windows)
  • Silicone/Rubber Weatherstripping for Extra Large Gaps (17”)
  • Foam Tape Windows and Doors
  • 10 pack (5) Foam Switch & (5) Foam Outlet Gaskets

• Customization of branding
