REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Engineering Services for the BALL CREEK STABILIZATION ENGINEERING STUDY PHASE 1
The Town of North Harmony, NY is seeking proposals from qualified firms to complete a NYSDEC-compliant stream stabilization engineering study and design report for an approximately 2,640-foot-long section of Ball Creek between NYS Rte. 394 and the creek mouth, in accordance with the solicitation documents, which may be obtained by contacting the Chautauqua Lake & Watershed Mgmt. Alliance, 201 W 3rd Street, Suite #115, Jamestown, NY 14701, email twest@chautauquaalliance.org, or phone (716) 661-8906. Proposals are to be submitted to the Project Manager at the address above prior to 3:00 PM ET, Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Questions must be directed in writing to the Project Manager at the address or email above. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and/or to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town. All qualified applicants, including Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises, are encouraged to respond.
