Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Town of Kortright is seeking proposals from a New York State Certified Asbestos Air/Project Monitor, to provide asbestos air monitoring/visual clearance services in conjunction with a recently awarded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Grant #605HR303-23 which will be administered throughout the Town of Kortright, NY. Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 pm April 8 th 2024 and can be emailed, mailed or hand delivered-see RFP for delivery details. A detailed copy of the RFP is attached in this RFP, can be requested by emailing reneew@westerncatskills.org or by calling 607-652-2823 ext. 101. Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises, SDVOB, and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to submit proposals.
