The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide professional engineering services to review the existing hardware system and prepare an engineering report for the upgrade of the hardware system at Wastewater Pumping Stations that communicate to the Wastewater Treatment facility. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single consultant.
