The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (Department) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to award a contract for services which entail all aspects of printing the New York State Conservationist magazine and Conservationist for Kids. The Conservationist is a 32 page, bi-monthly, four-color magazine. The Conservationist for Kids is an eight-page, four-color newsprint periodical.

Pursuant to the State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, this Invitation for Bid includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between a Governmental Entity and an Offerer during the procurement process. Bidders shall adhere to the NYS DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION GUIDELINES REGARDING PERMISSIBLE CONTACTS DURING A PROCUREMENT AND THE PROHIBITION OF INAPPROPRIATE LOBBYING INFLUENCE.
