Contractor must be an Authorized Distributor or Manufacturer of the branded products.

Product supplied under this agreement must be authentic, new, shipped in properly labeled original cases, and cannot be obtained by Awarded Contractor from secondary sources of supply.

Quantities are estimated for the five-year contract term, with no guarantees, and there is no obligation on the part of DOCCS to purchase any specified quantities.

All bids must be FOB Destination (shipping charges are incurred by Contractor). Deliveries should be made as soon as possible but no more than 14 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO).

Central Pharmacy Services Warehouse has full dock-delivery capabilities, and deliveries will be accepted 7:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with no deliveries on state holidays.
