Roadway Improvements for Aron Drive Area
Description:

Reconstruction of approximately 4500' of residential roadways. Improvements to generally include:

  • New concrete curb and new concrete curb with integral concrete gutter.
  • New concrete driveway aprons.
  • New concrete ramps at intersections.
  • New concrete sidewalk at spot locations for change in grade and elevation.
  • Restoration of utility strip area (Grass, walks, etc.)
  • Reconstruction of existing asphalt roadway pavement. Bid one of two options. (R.C.A. or Mixed in Place)

The Engineer's Estimate of probable construction cost is $1,500,000.00.
