This is a prevailing rate project. All contractor(s) and/or sub-contractors must meet OSHA and NYS Labor Law Compliance. Current prevailing rate information can be found as an attachment to this request for proposals.

Bidder is required to submit proof of Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance for all contractors and/or sub-contractors with bid. BIDDER MUST ALSO COMPLETE ATTACHED NON-COLLUSION BIDDING CERTIFICATION.

Scope of work to include the following:

Replace interconnect 34.5 KV switch and all hardware at Elm Street (Maplewood) location. GIPA currently has the switch, so the job will just be for labor. Coordinate with National Grid and CP Rail to do the work. The job would be completed on a Saturday morning.

Exclusions: Building permits fees, if required.
