Description: The State of New York currently has a portfolio of 12 closed prisons, including six newly closed and six more that have remained vacant for years. In Wayne County, the Butler Correction Facility has sat vacant since its closure in July 2014. This RFP seeks to obtain competitive proposals from qualified firms interested in conducting a Market Study to inform future redevelopment of that facility, in addition to assistance with issuing a request for expressions of interest.
